Please be aware that installers will start the meter change out project on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. The installers will start on Bald Knob road and work their way to King and Pidcoke. This entire process may take 2 months to complete. Customers may receive smaller bills one month and a larger bill the next month as meters are changed out in the middle of the reading cycles. If you experience air in your water line due to the change out, please contact the office at (254) 865-2269, or you can flush your lines using an outside faucet to get rid of the air. The install company is Tamaka, and they will have logos on their vehicles, as well as all employees will be wearing reflective vests. All work will be done weather permitting, crews will work from 8:00 a.m. to dark, and only when the temperature is above 40 degrees.  If you have any questions, please call the office at (254) 865-2269.
